According to an extensive investigation by the Wall street Journal, a covert network of buyers, sellers and couriers are evading the administrations export contrrols and are secretly delivering Nvidia’s advanced chips into China. These chips are sought because of their capacity to handle very large computations needed to train artificial intelligence systems. The concern is that they will be used for miltary advancements in China.The journal reporters found that ore than 70 distributors are advertising online for Nvidia’s restricted chips.
