China has a growing list of sanctions against U.S. defense companies and sernior executives including Raytheon and BAE Systems in response to the decision of the U.S. Government and those companioes to sell weapons to Taiwan. In addition China’s Ministry of Commerce recently issued a strident response to the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security agianst the use of advanced computing integrated circuits made by Huawei. A spokesman for the Ministry said that such measures are unilateral bullying and protectionism. China passed a law that allows it to seize or freeze property or assets in China and to prohibit activities with the organizations inccluding denial of visas and deporting those persons.
The December 2025 China’s sanctions list specifically named Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Boeing’s St. Louis defense operations, L3Harris Maritime Services, Gibbs & Cox, Advanced Acoustic Concepts, VSE Corporation, Sierra Technical Services, Red Cat Holdings, Teal Drones, ReconCraft, High Point Aerotechnologies, Epirus, Dedrone, Area‑I, Blue Force Technologies, Dive Technologies, Vantor, Intelligent Epitaxy Technology, Rhombus Power, and Lazarus Enterprises, among others. China’s Ministry of Commerce has also used its “unreliable entity list” and export control list to target additional US defense or defense‑adjacent firms (e.g., Huntington Ingalls, General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Shield AI, Skydio, BRINC Drones, and others) for participating in arms sales or military technology cooperation with Taiwan.
Reporting and the Chinese Foreign Ministry decision together show the following firms on the 20‑company list (all described as “defense‑related” or tied to the Taiwan arms package).

These 20 are the set referenced in the official “Decision on Taking Countermeasures Against U.S. Military‑Related Companies and Senior Executives” and aligned press coverage.
China’s measures also cover 10 named senior executives, all treated as personally subject to asset freezes in China and visa/entry bans.
From the Chinese government decision and subsequent reporting, the list includes at least:
- Palmer Luckey, founder of Anduril Industries (listed as a “senior executive” targeted by the countermeasures)
- John Cantillon, Vice President of L3Harris Technologies, Inc., and Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer of L3Harris Maritime Services
