Chinese research institutes recently acquired high-end Nvidia artificial intelligence chips through resellers. According to Reuters 10 Chinese entities obtained advanced Nvidia chips in server products made by Super Micro Computer Inc, Dell technologies and Taiwan’s Gigabyte technology Inc The chips acquired are apparently some of Nvidia’s most advanced chips.
