Nextin, a South Korean maker of optical wafer inspection equipment, which is expanding its sales to the Chinese semiconductor market, according to reports. One Nextin model is said to be 30% faster inspection speeds compared to others.Optical inspection tools rapidly detect issues on wafers using bright-field or dark-field using scattered lights.
