According to news reports, Russian MIG-31 entered Estonian airspace today September 19, 2025 for an unusually long period, some 12 miknutes. Estonia’s foreign minister called the action “unprecendentedly brazen” intrusion of Estonia a NATO country. NATO responded calling the Russian behavior an example of recklessness.
10 days ago, at least 21 Russian drones flew in Polish airspace resulting in NATO to scramble fighter jets to shoot down some of the drones.
