Just a few words about the SpaceX IPO. It is Starlink that I have my eye on as it is and has been making money and the revenue is on a subscription basis. In addition, Musk has broader plans afoot, including a massive constellation expansion. The FCC has cleared it to operate up to 15000 second-generation Starlink satellites, and an application is in for as many as 1 million more satellites over time. Musk said that he aims to make Starlink a full-fledged mobile carrier with direct-to-device service that will compete with earth-borne carriers. He also has plans for orbital data centers and AI which would be solar powered in orgnit. These plans expand the present IPO. While the plans have not been implemented, I see the success as likely given Elon Musk’s past record.
